Update March 30, 2012 : construction is progressing in accordance with our plan. We have excavated foundations for all eight Blocks, except Block 6 which will be started shortly. Foundation slabs have been completed for Blocks 1,2, 3, 4 and 5. Ground floor walls for Blocks 1 and 3 are nearing completion, with all utility services

embedded (water, electricity, voice/ data). Ground floor walls for Block 2 are in progress. The roadways have been laid out and compacted. Excavation for the pool/ gazebo/ office block is underway.
